The process through which some of the general public selects a personal trainer is faulty. Just like any service that you are paying for, you should choose someone who has the proper credentials and the proper experience to get you to your goal.
Because many people are not sure what questions to ask (or were too afraid to ask questions), they end up not seeing the results and be skeptical of working with a personal trainer. You can also hire experienced personal trainers in North Syracuse.

Personal Training Company in the "gym": beware of training companies that chase you around in the gym or "require" you to meet with them when you register. Ask these questions:
1) Do you always have the same coach (if you choose to)? If the answer is NO "yes, absolutely" – move along. If you had 10 different coaches over the next 6 months, how are you supposed to make progress?
2) Do you have to sign a contract? If you are unsure about whether or not you would like the coach or the system, ask if you can buy some testing sessions before you commit.
3) Ask to speak to your trainer will work with before you buy a session (see below for questions to ask). If you are not allowed to do that, move along.
4) Finally, if you feel like you're being encouraged to purchase training as a car salesman to try to get you to buy a car, move along.
